If you are unable
to complete your transaction due to unexplained problems, including a "Server Busy" message,
you may need to update your browser. A common problem, involving
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0, results in a blank screen, when
your licensing transaction proceeds (links) from one screen to the next.
You may upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape
