If you are experiencing a problem: obtaining or renewing your license online is fast and easy, but if you are unable to complete the transaction due to unexplained problems, you may need to update your browser. A common problem, involving Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0, results in a blank screen, when your licensing transaction proceeds (links) from one screen to the next. You may upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape by clicking on browser updates and information. |
