File a Complaint - Maryland Board of Certified Interior Designers
|
| |
Complaint forms be obtained by calling 1-888-218-5925 or (410) 230-6322 OR
ONLINE.
Complaints are reviewed by a Complaint Committee which is comprised of two members of the Board. The
Complaint Committee may refer a complaint to the Office of Investigative Services if it feels more
information is needed on which to make a determination. If the Board feels that the certificated
interior designer may have violated a section of the law or the regulations, the complaint is referred
to the Assistant Attorney General for review for possible administrative charges. A hearing will then
be scheduled before the Board. A Final Order will be issued by the Board which can be appealed to the
Circuit Court.
