Name/Address Change - Public Accountancy
Licensed Certified Public Accountants are responsible to notify the Board of any name change or change of mailing/e-mail address.
Address changes may be made online using your registration number and password:
Name changes must be made by mail using one of the following forms:
Business Name Change Form (Word)
E-mail completed forms to DLOPLPublicAccountancy-DLLR@maryland.gov.
There is NO fee for address/name changes.
Failure to notify the Board of address changes in a timely manner can prevent license renewal notification. A $112 late fee will be charged when a license is not renewed by the expiration date.
