Broker renewal applicants must submit credit report before
application. Fax to (410) 333-0023 or email to Charlene Faison.
Reinstatement (means the license was not renewed before expiration).
A licensee may reinstate an expired license without re-examination
for up to 3 years from the last valid expiration date, subject
to (1) compliance with applicable CE requirements for period
of non-licensure; (2) payment of all past due renewal fees;
and (3) payment of a reinstatement fee of $150.
Reinstate Your License Online (if you are within 2 years
of the last valid expiration date)
If you are unable to reinstate electronically but still
within 3 years of the last valid expiration date, contact
the Commission for a mail-in reinstatement application.
Your request must be received at least 30 days before expiration of the 3-year licensing period.
A license which is expired for more than 3 years cannot
be reinstated by paying back fees and continuing education.
