In accordance with Executive Order 01.01.2007.19, the Code of Fair Employment Practices, the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation is dedicated to a strong policy prohibiting discrimination on the basis of age, ancestry, color, creed, marital status, mental or physical disability, national origin, race, religious affiliation, belief or opinion, sex, or sexual orientation.
