RCR-033-17 Steve Nason, for being trainer of record on sample 25513 taken November 12, 2017 from the horse HERE`S THE SCOOP, in the 2nd race at Rosecroft Raceway and as the sample contained the drug "Betamethasone" in the following concentration; 154.4 +/- 1.2 picograms/ml. HERE`S THE SCOOP has been disqualified from 1st and placed 9th. Mr. Nason is fined $500, receives 1 point in the "Multiple Medical Violation System" and is ordered to return all distributed purse monies within 7 days.

PAN GRAD has been disqualified from 1st and placed 9th. Mr. Nason is fined $500, and is ordered to return all distributed purse monies within 7 days.
