The Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review has granted an extension of
emergency status to amendments to Regulation .64 under COMAR 09.10.01 Thoroughbred Rules.
Emergency status has been extended to: June 30, 2013.
Emergency action was published in: 40:1 Md. R 27 (January 11, 2013).
