The Columbia Workforce Center will re-open on July 25, 2017. Customers are encouraged to visit other American Job Centers in the area or the local library should you need immediate access to a computer or other resources.
The Howard County Office of Workforce Development will remain open and be relocated during renovations at:

Welcome to the Columbia Workforce Center, a partnership with local workforce development agencies providing a full range of assistance to job seekers and businesses. Columbia Workforce Center strives to provide customer-driven workforce services for all customers.
We provide a variety of employment and support resources to assist job seekers in achieving their employment goals. Meet with consultants to discuss career exploration, referrals to training programs, résumé preparation, and workshops to enhance job seeking skills and work readiness. Access computers with Internet access, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, telephones, and a variety of job search resource materials.

The Columbia Workforce Center is open Monday-Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Laurel Regional Workforce Center (LRWC) is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
