Meetings Available by Appointment Only:
Appointments are available for virtual meetings with Financial Regulation staff through a video-conference kiosk at our offices on Eutaw Street. Appointments may be scheduled to hand-deliver documents or to meet with staff on a number of topics, such as filing a consumer complaint, assistance with licensing or registration applications, or for any other Financial Regulation business. Please arrive at our building (1100 N. Eutaw Street in Baltimore City) 10 minutes early with your identification in hand. You will be met at the security guard desk and escorted to the appropriate location. To quickly and easily schedule an appointment, please visit our online scheduling system.
Office Location:
The Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation is located at 1100 N. Eutaw Street in Baltimore City, at the Maryland State Center Complex. The public entrance is on Eutaw Street and our office is located on the sixth floor in S uite 611 . There is on-street parking on the surrounding blocks . We are also easily-accessible via public transportation – close to stops for the Baltimore Metro, light rail, and several bus lines.
